Pastor - David Smith
Rev. David J. Smith served as a Christian and Missionary Alliance pastor for seventeen years in New York State and Ontario, Canada, before coming as the Senior Pastor of Rose Hill Alliance Church, Roseville, Minnesota, in August 2000.
He met his wife, Donna, while doing undergraduate studies at Canadian Bible College in Saskatchewan. Their children, Élysa and Clayton, are young adults.
Interwoven with a diverse pastoral ministry, he completed a M.Div. at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, New York, and a Th.M. in Christian Spirituality through the University of Toronto.
David plays a mean game of racquetball and likes to read! His heart and mind are on fire for God and for people – to know God and to make him known, to make disciples and reach the unreached.
As an adjunct professor at Crown College in St. Bonifacius, he teaches several online classes.
In 2005, Chosen Books (a division of Baker Publishing Group) published his book How Can I Ask God for Physical Healing? A Biblical Guide. He also has about 30 articles published and is currently co-authoring a book potentially entitled Brother Lawrence for Every Day: A 60-Day Spiritual Companion to The Practice of the Presence of God.
Pastor of Student Ministries - Rick Wallace
Rev. Rick Wallace was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania just outside of Pittsburgh. Rick has been married to wife Kirsten since 1986 and has three children: Karissa, Briana and Zachary.
Rick attended St. Paul Bible College (Crown College) where he played basketball and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Theology/Pastoral Ministries.
Rick has been a youth pastor since 1987 serving in Huntingdon Pennsylvania and Warren Ohio. He has been at Rose Hill Alliance Church since 2001.

Director of Children's Ministries - Diane Grindahl
Lori Adkins was born and raised in central Minnesota. She has been married to her husband Kyle Adkins since 1993.
She received a Registered Nursing and Associate of Arts degree at Brainerd Community College in Brainerd, Mn. She has worked as a private duty nurse and case manager in home care prior to being a mom.
She has three children Nathaniel, Brianna and Olivia whom she home-schooled for four years. They now attend Brimhall Elementary School in Roseville,Mn.
Her husband Kyle attends the U of M, St. Paul and is working towards a degree in Veterinary Medicine which is what brought them to St. Paul.
She has volunteered with Christian Student Fellowship and international ministries and has a love and passion for children and their families.
Her greatest desire is to see the children come into relationship with Jesus Christ, watch them grow in Christ and train them to serve him.

Church Secretary - Sue Carpentier
Sue Carpentier is the secretary for Rose Hill Alliance Church and has also been a member for 32 years! "What a blessing to be able to serve the Lord in this position. I enjoy the challenge, the people and the many friendships I have made." Sue's husband Jeff and children Drew and Cassie have been a great support and involved with her work in many aspects.
Before Sue felt called to join our staff, Sue worked in retail for 27 years. Sue enjoys music, working on the computer, electronics, crafts, sewing, friends, trying to get organized, and vacuuming.
